Frying Line 200

This hamburger forming line consists of hamburger forming, battering, breading and frying machines. Pre-duster can also be added to the line according to different requirements. All machines are made of high quality stainless steel SUS304.

This processing line is especially suitable for processing hamburgers, fish fillets etc. Products will be evenly battered, breaded and fried under pre-selected temperature. This line can meet different product frying time requirements through adjustment of mechanical speed control and frequency speed control.

Special designed oil-water separation system allows oil residue and bread crumbs drop down to water layer, which in turn significantly reduce oil consumption, maintain high oil cleanness thus prolong oil life.

Each unit can be used individually. Tempura system can also be replaced with battering machine to meet different product requirements.

This processing line is especially suitable for small scale, multi-type products or lab testing.
