BYXX- I smoke house has functions of drying, cooking, smoking and cleaning. It can also be equipped with the device for spraying, cooling or sugar smoking when required. The machine has special systems to control temperature, humidity and timing. It has options of steam heating or electrical heating, single door or dual door. PLC control or normal electrical control can be chosen as well.
